Yoga therapy operates on five levels: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This holistic view allows for the recognition and treatment of both physical ailments and deeper emotional and mental blockages. By integrating all five levels, healing processes can be comprehensively supported, leading to sustainable changes in people's lives.

Ear acupuncture is a little all-rounder. Acupuncture is particularly used in resolving physical complaints, relieving stress, quitting smoking and losing weight (regulating binge eating).
// French ear acupuncture
French ear acupuncture, also known as auriculotherapy, is a special form of acupuncture that focuses on treating the entire body by stimulating points on the ear. This method is based on the idea that the ear is a reflex zone representing the entire body. Each organ and body region is assigned a specific point on the ear.
Developed in the 1950s by French physician Dr. Paul Nogier, he discovered that targeted stimulation of specific points on the ear could alleviate various physical and psychological complaints. The therapy involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the ear.
French ear acupuncture can be used for a variety of conditions, including pain, stress, sleep disorders, allergies, and digestive problems. It has a regulatory effect on the nervous system and promotes the body's self-healing powers. By targeting treatment on the ear, blockages can be resolved and the body's energetic balance restored.

The Dorn therapy is a gentle manual treatment method aimed at correcting misalignments of the spine and joints. Developed in the 1970s by Dieter Dorn, a German farmer and holistic health practitioner, the therapy is based on the idea that many physical complaints are due to spinal misalignment.
The advantage of Dorn therapy is that it is performed without jerky movements or strong manipulation. Instead, the vertebrae and joints are gently guided back into their natural position through gentle pressure and patient movements. This makes the therapy particularly gentle and low-risk.
During the therapy, we work from the bottom up. First, leg length differences are treated, followed by pelvic misalignments and sacroiliac joint blockages, and then each vertebra is checked and corrected for misalignment up to the atlas vertebra.

// Energy healing
Energy work is a term for various alternative healing methods aimed at restoring and harmonizing the energetic balance in the body. These methods are based on the assumption that the human body consists not only of physical components but also of energetic fields and currents that influence health and well-being.
In yoga, we speak of prana; in traditional Chinese medicine, it's called qi. Regardless of what we call it, many cultures believe that we are more than just our physical bodies. When energy cannot flow properly, we feel tired, drained, or internally restless.
In many of my treatment methods, such as yoga therapy and acupuncture, energy work is inherently included. I also offer treatments that focus primarily on energy work. It is a mix of therapeutic touch, nervous system balancing, and chakra balancing. Ideal for bringing hidden issues to light or resolving blockages. I particularly draw on this in my healing sessions.
